Is there a mechanic where you can receive multiple notifications of potential clients at once and have to prioritize saving the life of the one that seems likely to pay better? Feel like that’d contribute to this concept.

It wouldn’t have happened if he still had Clippy installed.

I don’t know if there could be a shittier set of ingredients for a relationship than age imbalance, power imbalance, uncertain sexual compatibility, vulnerability brought on by mental health diagnoses and an oppressive, reactionary, emotionally manipulative climate.

Man, Hot For Pastor is just barking up all the wrong trees, and I think your advice is spot on, Nerdlove. He needs to get out of that church. And if he really is a minor and a 20 something youth pastor is subtly making moves on him, he probably needs to consider reporting that dude to some kind of authority.

Something important to remember here is that in the original Cyberpunk 2020 sourcebook, being gay, trans, or androgenous was completely ok, and encouraged. When I first played this in the early ‘90's, it was my first introduction into people being trans, and the way the idea was presented made it seem as though this

It doesn’t look bad but I don’t feel excitement in the way that I did about Star Wars 1313. Call me jaded, but force users are played out. If you’ve seen one dude in robes cutting stormtroopers in half (or in this case, not) you’ve seen them all.

Not bad, but I believe the General did it with a bit more style.

Dude it's coming to Rift lol.

I’m so triggered by the fit of their pants.

It’s coming to Rift later.

Anybody else think the crank was used to power the device at first?

LOTRO was amazing. I started when the game went f2p then stopped playing when I went to college. I ended up spending quite a bit of money on the game to support the devs, but 99% of the game could be unlocked for free via premium currency unlocked by completing achievements. I learned so much lore and it helped make

They should do a game that takes place entirely during Gandalf’s fall in Moria. It would be like an arcade style vertically scrolling shooter. You shoot some lightning bolts, get power ups, take out enemy tanks and spaceships and shit.

I actually think both Shadow of...titles are excellent LotR games, specifically because they inhabit the world in a way that makes you feel relevant, but 1) don’t make you rehash the events of the movies/books and 2) don’t try to do too much, so that they don’t really overreach.

I admit I haven’t played in a few years after my friends stopped playing, so I thought the screenshot looked off but couldn’t quite say why.

Agreed. LOTRO absolutely does the IP justice. More than any other game. It’s probably the truest and most faithful representation of the books we will ever see.

And a grossly outdated screenshot at that. (That’s the old skill bar layout.)

Well that was a largely disappointing article.

Dogs are technically not allowed in bars in my city. One time, a newspaper ran a listicle of all the best dog-friendly bars in town. The city promptly visited those bars and warned them against allowing dogs, making them dogless.

I think what sawbone is suggesting is that you’re pointing out the best dog-friendly bars.
