I think it’ll be tough for Sanders (motorcyclist) to file the civil suit as he had an invalid license at the time of the incident. His girlfriend on the other hand, now I think she’s got a valid case ahead of her.

And finally a voice of reason! I was getting worried that only I thought this way about it. I’m thinking the motorcyclist may get the $100-something penalty, but also might have his bike impounded since he was operating the bike on an invalid license. You’re spot-on about the car driver though.
