Haha! Awesome choice then. Actually when I lived in Montreal I saw a lot of Pontiac Sunfires, but not a single Firebird. Not sure if I was just looking in the wrong place or what but had I stayed, I’d probably have just bought one in the States and drove it in Canada.

I’m genuinely curious here, but may I ask why the Prizm? :o

My childhoo—- oh wait, car? You wrote Car. In that case:

You’re absolutely right in your concerns, Kojima’s vision is unique and it positively governed and shaped the entire series until now. I also am wary of anything coming out of Konami that relates to this franchise, but at the same time it holds some sentimental value for me as these games actually helped me through

Haha! Sounds like an awesome era!

Awesome article! I vote Nice Price, as it’s super cheap, seems rust-free due to it’s location in Montana. It’s a rare car, a muscle car at that, and gosh-darn it, I want to just throw on a ram-bar and parade around town like some kind of Mad Max-esque wasteland lord.

I kind of have a feeling that Konami will almost have to remake the original Metal Gear games as they’re dated and probably not well known outside of people who played and/or owned an NES.

I understood the need to flesh out Big Boss’ story that took place from MGS 3 to the first Metal Gear on the NES. That is pretty much nearly done at this point. The next MGS game will probably focus on Big Boss setting up FOXHOUND, the eventual fallout with Frank Jaeger/Gray Fox and possibly ending with Solid Snake

They wouldn’t on their own, however as a joint marketing strategy between them and the developer/publisher of Borderlands and a toy company, it could’ve been a thing! It was just an idea floating in my head. :)

Apologies! I didn’t mean to confuse anyone. I meant to write that as an extra bit of marketing strategy for Microsoft, they could have made an Amiibo-esque toy collectible from the Borderlands series with added voice work that could replace Cortana on Win10 (due to its ability to stream XBOne games onto the PC.)

Microsoft could have gone an extra little step (well perhaps not “little” financially) and had some toy company produce little ClapTrap Amiibo’s, simultaneously cackling with madness in the face of Nintendo while incorporating ClapTrap’s voice as a possible substitute for Cortana in Windows 10.

Haha no worries mate, feel free to use it as you like. I think Tavarish did the right thing keeping his 3000 GT, despite missing out on some serious cash lol.

Interesting comment about the Dodge Charger as it explains why so many cops here (Maryland) seem more...temperamental. My father drove a former 2004 Crown Vic Interceptor cab, and I had a chance to take it for a ride a few times.

I’m a big MGS fan, and yet I’m seriously hoping this will be the end of the Metal Gear Solid storyline. Although if staying honest to the franchise up until now, Konami were to produce more within this line, I don’t suppose I would mind playing them. Sure I’m not too happy with how they’ve handled Hideo Kojima’s

Those are the heat sinks for the diodes of the LED lights! The diodes actually produce a lot of heat versus the actual LED bulb itself as it draws current through to eventually power the bulb. :D

You’re exactly right, my friend! One of the very first experiences with a sports car was when I was able to sit in a ‘91 Dodge Stealth R/T at a car auction. I was still too young to own a license but something about sitting in that vehicle made me fall in love with it.

I agree with your opinion also in due part because of the new Supra being jointly manufactured by Toyota and BMW. I believe this may hike up prices even further, despite the new Supra being a different platform.

36,000 MPH huh... The far more pressing question is: How quick will it get me to the nearest Starbucks?

A lot of the muscle cars I’ve seen thus far are restomods and are fetching a high price, which is fine as they’re classics at this point. There are some affordable ones, I’m fairly certain they’ll require some level of repair so were I to go that route I’d have to be wary of just how much repairs are needed and the

Volvos are great, while not terribly exciting to look at at least until the recent years (love the S60 Polestar in sedan and wagon form!) — Maintenance aside, they seem quite reliable, bulletproof even. Definite tanks on wheels.
