Bit of a quick generalisation isn't it? YPK is on a list of terrorist organisations so all Kurds are terrorists? That went quick didn't it?

The torque of the 1.7 8V on carbs was so awesome! And that's what made the 8V engine so much faster in the real world then the higher peak horsepower 16V. I still long back to the 1.7 8V. I had it mated to the 1.3 gearbox wich made acceleration even more dramatic :) And the intake sound of those weber carbs <3 When

Most of them have yes. It's a shame. Because they are fwd and were the cheapest Alfa for sale there's very little intereset in them. I think however they are great fun! And the ones left will become classics I think. There are I think only about 100 left in the Netherlands. And only about 10-15 are Cloverleafs. Wich

The awesomeness that is the integrale. love it!

An Alfa Romeo 33 1.3s later I swapped the engine for a 1.7 8v with twin 40mm weber carbs. Amazing car. Had so much fun in it. It was fast, went around corners like a maniac and never let me down. Sold it for a 33 1.7 16V cloverleaf wich I still own. Better looking, better suspension but the 16V fuel injection engine

Everytime an American mentions the DMV I imagine a zoo ;)

It's mostly meant for urban area's actually. In the Netherlands an ambulance trying to get to a residential part of an old city. For instance Amsterdam. With all the canals, bridges, very crowded and very small streets. An Ambulance here can not always arive within an acceptable response time. At least not relieably.

It's strange really that the US Navy with all of it's budget is apparrently unable to stop a relatively cheap simple submarine from destroying capital ships. Because the examples range form 1981 up to 2003 (and who knows maybe later examples). Or is the US navy blindsighted favouring carriers over other tech? This

A nice quote from a Dutch commander to wrap it up:

Not really unique the X-shape rudder. Dutch Walrus-class is pretty much the same. Same size same concept (diesel-electric) and from the same era.

It's the Swedish, Dutch, Canadian and Australian diesel-electric subs that navy commanders should fear. And for that reason these subs are the ideal training partners for

So does this mean Sweden had a fallus shaped object come from the water and take it in the back entrance?

So why is Russia placing blame on Danmark for a Dutch submarine? ;)

It was on the Swedish Aftonbladet site, Dutch media took it over. But it gets stranger.

Turns out it wasn't a Russian Sub. It was a Dutch Walrus-class submarine on excercise with the Swedish navy.

No wonder they didn't find it. In excercises these small diesel-electric subs have sunk the capital ships (read: carriers) of entire taskforces without ever beeing found by the destroyers.

Walrus-class: http://en

Turns out it was a Dutch Walrus-class on excercise with Swedish navy. Perhaps on the Submarine Command Course (one of the toughest submarine courses for commanders, organised by Dutch navy).

The Alfa Romeo Sud/Sprint/33 has to qualify longitudinal boxer engine in a FWD car.

Alfa Romeo Sud/Sprint/33/145/146.

And no word about the Dutch who deceided yesterday to join the campaign with F16 MLU's?

In 1984, Pierre Heymann's revolutionary design for a spacious family car was put into production by Matra for Renault, and the minivan was born. Thirty years later, the Espace turns into a crossover.
