it’s only a “kit car” in the sense that it’s sold unassembled. It’s not a “kit car” in the way most people think - there is no donor car. Everything in/on/for an Ultima is for that car and not “borrowed” from another car.

It’s crazy how much these bikes have appreciated! Last few years a clean, OE one of any variant seems to pull in around $11k on average.

I always wanted a cafe style CBX, but for what they’re now worth and the condition some of them are in, I wouldn’t be able to cute one up... :(
