So are you still playing devil's advocate now? What is the point of that, when there are plenty of real people around who still think that the responsibility is on the victim to dress a certain way?

So are you still playing devil's advocate, or do you actually agree with what you're saying right now?
Why do you think you need to play devil's advocate on the 'sexual harassment should be unacceptable' issue?
I'm just saying you cannot act as though we live in a world absent of harassment
If you come scantily clad you're fully aware of what you are doing.
'blame free'? What blame do cosplayers deserve in your mind, exactly?
The vagina is the internal tube of muscle, while the vulva is the external genitalia that is affected by FGM, so unfortunately this technique in its current form will not help with that.
'Start muddling up the themes'? Wow, have you been watching the show? The thing about Doctor who is that it changes all the time. It has been wildly different from era to era, with different themes, sensibilities and vastly different characterisations of the Doctor's character. Changing sex/gender at this point…
We've seen it explicitly confirmed on the show that Time Lords can change sex, so we must assume they can. The reason they wouldn't have had it in the beginning was because regeneration was only made a part of the show because William Hartnell was too ill to keep the job as the Doctor, and they just made something up…
It's from Italian Spiderman!
"supposed to"? Says who?
They didn't even mention all the 8th Doctor's Big finish companions. Plus, the Big finish stories are in a different continuity from the novels and don't really tie into the Cartmel master plan. The Cartmel master plan was being led up to in the show, but it never happened on screen and was abandoned. Lungbarrow was…
Only the 8th Doctor's companions are canon, not the looms and all that stuff. It has been implied in the show that there is more to being a Time Lord than being born one, but that's the extent of it. I'd say unless it was explicitly mentioned in the show, it's not canon.
Yeah, I always laugh at the disgusted comments on articles about eating insects and wonder how many of those people are shellfish lovers.
I dunno, I love prawns myself, and although some people don't like them I think they're pretty popular overall.
Although lamingtons would also have been a good idea...
From your link:
Certainly a possibility, though how many insecticides over what period of time would be needed for this method? And each one would need to be tested for environmental and health side effects of course.
One would hope we are working on more long term, reliable measures of malarial prevention/control in the meantime.
"By science", huh? Care to supply some references?
Oh and by the way, it's not just the ligaments that hurt when I'm unsupported, it's the skin too. Feeling one's skin stretch under a heavy weight is an exquisitely uncomfortable sensation, and there's no way you can convince me that skin strengthens itself after being…
Sorry, when something really really hurts I assume it's bad for me.
Also, ligaments are not like muscles, you can't 'exercise' them. The more pressure you put on them, the more they will stretch and weaken.
