I really like the philosophy they adopted with this: instead of creating some Frankenstein monster of a controller with superfluous and confusing functions and design, they took the base formula and added a whole series of small but significant improvements that add up to a much better product overall.

@RyanBaer: Not to mention that said lack of sales is only temporary, since we all know the DLC will eventually reach the PC & PS3.

@Solid-Malice: Mission accomplished, MUH-HA-HA-HA-HAAA!

@sweenish: "Oh hell yeah, E totally equals mc². That's, like, pure awesome-sauce, LOL!"

@Deto: Woah, woah, woah... Who said anything about ladders? Let's not get ahead of ourselves, here. :P

@Deto: I confess to my ignorance about the ins and outs of Gamebryo. It's true that several other games (smaller games, which probably helps) run better than Bethesda's and Obsidian's.

@GhostRaven: From my limited understanding of how the hack works, I don't think leaving content out will change a thing.

Nintendo never really alienated anyone on the handheld front, the DS has always had a nice, steady stream of games for old-time fans.

@jsmo5: Lovely! Could it be that their upcoming engine won't be an outdated glitchy mess? Can't wait!

@sag969: No, I won't believe anything anyone puts out that isn't substantiated by hard facts and integrated in an actual product.

@UsernameOfTheDead: Oh, the good old days of the Game Gear and its six AA batteries that drained faster than... something that drains really fast.

Well, my i5 750 is overclocked to 3.8 Ghz!

@DaFron: Thank you. Hopefully, we'll see a live demo some time. From the original KZ2 charade to "scan your skateboard!!!" and Milo, I'm more than a little wary of "concept" videos.

@kujel: I don't doubt that those games are coming, but I'd rather support it when they're actually here before I plunk down the cash. ;) €130 is a lot of money to spend on faith alone.

Until we see a video of this facial expressions thing in action, it's frankly impossible to form any kind of opinion about it. No offense, but I won't take take the words of a MS spokesperson as gospel, nor the written description of a pre-recorded demo as evidence that 22nd century gaming is here.

My, that's a 20% price hike. We'll see if NoE and NoA follow suit or if the increase is more moderate.

@Xcite79: I can sympathise. If I work non-stop from now until Monday, maybe I'll finish my current project only a week late. Yeah, not looking good... :'(

@shaydeeadi: Oh crap, I'm sorry, I misread your comment and spoke/wrote like an idiot.
