@hazuki: Speaking of The Witcher, I just saw this on my deals4download RSS feed: Gamersgate has it on sale for 7.98, just in case you're interested.

@Pray4Mojo: Hey, don't judge me! Err... I meant him. Don't judge him.
@WhoKnew?: Based on the reactions when this pack was announced, I think it's more of a "$15-map-pack haters" issue, rather than a "COD haters" issue.
Want more sales? Bring it to the PC, goddamnit! This is typically the kind of game that would get ten times the attention that it got on XBLA.
@hazuki: Dragon Age II, Mass Effect 3 and Elder Scrolls V are coming to PCs and consoles, but PCs are also getting The Witcher 2 - possibly my most anticipated game of 2011 with ME3.
@arionfrost: Heh, thanks for the kind words! You're right about DAO, the separation between story segments and combat segments was too strong, they were almost insulated from each other.
@Antiterra: Last one for the road, already mentioned by others.
@Antiterra: And this one may not be trailer of the year (TOTY?) material, but I have a very big, very soft spot for Nier. :)
While not as impressive as last year's Sacred Ashes trailer for DAO, the first trailer for DA II looks amazing nonetheless. I like the focus on the one-on-one fight and the transition to the game's logo at the end.
We may have lost the zoomed-out view, but the flow of combat in pause/unpause mode looks practically the same as in DAO.
@YourSaltyPinkDeathNuts: I agree that publicity doesn't necessary have a negative connotation - it can even be a noble endeavour, in fact.
@Feared: I pick option 3: you're a proudly ignorant tool for making a stupid judgement on someone you don't know anything about, much like Alfano is making a stupid judgement on a game she doesn't know anything about. Pot, meet kettle.
@Ueziel: Yeah, I definitely wouldn't lump Namor in with Hawkeye, let alone Black Cat. If he isn't top-tier, I don't know who is. He's as close to god-level as it gets (without actually being, you know, Thor) and he has the kind of commanding presence and immense pride that are usually reserved for villains.
@Reldaw: Nah, Dazzler still makes Jubilee look good. At least Jubilee could have done something with her powers. OK, she never actually used them except to make stupid little fireworks, but hey, she was potentially one of the strongest mutants.
@Polterg3ist will burn the yesteryears: Oh, man, it's gonna take me an hour just to sift through all the games... then another hour trying to reason with myself and not buy a dozen games. So many RPGs... so many adventure games... argh!
"Dazzler: ignored since 1992."
This week, I'll just be waiting for the inevitable Christmas sales on Steam, D2D, GOG and elsewhere. Bring it on!
@SageofMusic: It's basically just a longer version of a troll copy-pasting "COD sux gay ballz" all over the interwebs to get a rise out of people.
@Relysis: I agree with everything you've said, I was just being facetious. ;)
@gigawings: You can't compare Gomorra to Mafia II, it's absurd. Anyone who's read Saviano's book or seen the adaptation will tell you that the scope, content, approach, tone, intention, etc. couldn't be more different.
