Yea I've had PS+ since Day one and it's been a great service, I bought a year subscription in November for $40, then in February I bought the 500GB white PS3 as an upgrade and got another year of PS+ for free, so I'm set until the end of 2014.

Great DL speeds for me, Horrible uploads. Thank you VERY much Time Warner Cable. I can use netflix and youtube like a champ but I constantly get owned at any online game I play due to lag that you cant seem to figure out. .87Mbps is actually good for me, normally about .25Mbps for the upload speeds.

you know you can replace a DS3 battery fairly easily. 4 screws and you have the back off. the battery pack is much like a battery in a cordless phone, just unplug it from the board. it can be a bitch if you start messing with the shoulder buttons.
