Given that they regularly alter or completely fabricate quotes and even entire stories, I wouldn’t put money on him having actually said those things.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for him turning back up. Our kitty managed to get out the first night we had him, I was completely beside myself. He showed up again the next evening, complaining that his food bowl was empty. He is VERY food motivated though, as we quickly found out!
