I'm curious. What are everyone's opinion on visual vs. written coding?

I wrote my first book using OneNote. I created a master notebook then put sections in for each section of my book. Then I put in pages and since pages can be indented for a visual hierarchy/collapsible, I was able to put several different ideas together that way and then easily rearrange them.

Also, you can place

It's got my vote. Simple and syncs with multiple platforms. Don't even need to have office on the desktop. Just a Live account.

Not always. We've had some weekend writers stay around for a long time, while many others use it as a somewhat brief stepping stone to bigger and better things (like Shep has)!
