In all fairness, when you’ve spent your whole life dedicated to one thing at the expense of family, hobbies, or fun, there isn’t much to do when you retire. I see it all the time at my office. Retirees come in working on smaller projects because they never figured out anything else to do.

Hopefully this is all figured out by Xmas season.

It’s a Switch game too. Hopefully I’ll get the Switch as the “family present” and get this too. The Lego games are a favorite in my house.

Looks like they picked up a SC II Marine from a South Korean yard sale and painted it red.

I’d give it a try. Especially if it means I can disconnect the toy from the game so the kids don’t need screen time to enjoy them. They try to play with lego dimension figures all the time without playing the game. I had to stop that because they kept throwing fits when they couldn’t get the characters/vehicles

God damn, I’m a sucker for LoZ art. I want to buy posters for every room of the house and just sit quietly.

God damn, I want one of these so bad. I’m hoping to get one for a “family” holiday gift.

WTF happened? I’d like to buy a collected volume to figure this out.

Dang, i’d love that setup. I’d move the tower to the other side of the desk or on the floor cause i’d be in constant fear of knocking it off. I know the chances would be slim but I have OCD and I have small children with ownership issues.

Thats what i use too. Works great for RDP into work

Yeah, that’s the way I want to go too eventually because of Windows and Lenovo. I did my research before hand, reading reviews, and thought that I could switch to a linux distro (like Ubuntu or Fedora) but found out that wouldn’t work way after the return process because Lenovo will use different parts (like realtek,

From what I’ve used, there will be a slight lag. It’s ok to use with static pages such as email or office files.

I’ve used some and they work ok-ish. The ones that use cables tend to work a lot better for obvious reasons.

Oh ok! That’s the piece I was missing then. This setup gets the meaningless two thumbs up for me then.

The unfortunate part about this pack for me is that I’m not seeing an adapter to connect the iPad to the MacBook to use as a second screen. Dual monitors whenever you need or want.

As a person with two boys: YOU SHOULD BE.

Yeah, I fell into the Lenovo trap a few years ago. They were supposed to be highly valued at all consumer levels. Now I don’t even want to look at it.

Holy Fuck! They got new Gundam! I gotta start watching Toonami again!

I thought my boss (big Anker fanboy) would like it but he was “meh”. I’ll agree that you’re not getting the best capacity but that’s the trade-off of convenience.

I know a few nerds who’ll be excited about this.
