@fulgore66: I can see your point there. I had a friend that played that won tickets to see his favorite band off the radio, and he gave the tickets away because there was a scheduled raid that evening. I have never personally gotten into an MMO, I tried the WoW demo and could tell it wasn't for me.

@NewSpecies: But in that respect, isn't all gaming a waste of time, not just MMOs? What are you actually achieving whilst playing a FPS or RPG? I don't think I can consider MMO's a "plague on humanity" as the people that spend their entire lives on them would most likely be doing another similar, introverted activity.

@L33Td00d: what makes you guys think that you cant use gun controllers with NATAL? if it can recognize 3d objects, then it will be able to recognize a wireless gun controller, or an xbox 360 controller. You could use body movements and controller inputs.

@TRT-X: But in that same sense, Guitar Hero has survived with the same problem. If you go to concerts, you're not likely to hear exactly what was on the album. Guitar is just as freeform as scratching/mixing, you just use a different set of tools to get the job done. I get what you're saying, though.
