I recently was in the Whistler area in B.C. and hiked Joffre Lakes.... The amount of people blasting EDM from their phones or bluetooth speakers was unbearable. Is this a new phenomenon? I mean you’d have a group of 3-4 people hiking along blasting music and then they are yelling over the music to talk to each other.

I’m just wondering, as the sniper what is keeping you from allowing they spy to complete 3 of the 4 objectives, but just watch the final one non-stop (i.e. watch the statue that needs to be swapped out) and then pull the trigger. Does the sniper know in advance what four objectives need to happen?
