As far as I can tell this is a the crux of why there are so many angry male voices out there that have suddenly become puritans. It’s not that they’ve suddenly deemed something offensive. It’s because a women is finding success and owning their sexuality while being a part of a niche market.

This loop of “women showing up in outwardly male dominated areas and financially succeeding which makes men get super fuckin’ butt-hurt” is just literally never going to end, is it? We’re just destined to do this forever, aren’t we?

Indeed. He was great for the community imo but you could feel his passion slowly going away. Tough being the face of a competitive video game where the players are so toxic and mean. Would suck the life out of anyone I’d wager. 

I just can’t get over the idea that the average streamer is expected to be on air for 8 hours a day. Not even old radio DJs or news show people ever did anything that long.

Gonna be honest. As a simple and sometimes pathetically empathetic person, I dig what she had to say. Even IF the commenter didn’t deserve to hear that (he did), there are a whooooooooooole lot of other peeps that absolutely need to hear what she had to say.
