What importance does your friend’s professional career have to the conversation at hand? he wasn’t a historian. His opinion is as valid as yours or mine. If he had been a historian or an archaeologist and was talking to you about the consensus in the historical community you might be on to something. But the way you

What the? are you a moron? you gave consent and then regretted it. And now you want to take that consent back, to claim you never gave it, that you never even had a choice in the matter. Well, you did, and you chose to “put out”. You chose to have sex despite not wanting it and then regretted having done it. BUT YOU

HyperX Cloud II’s here, god this that test scare me. I knew what to expect and still. I actually thought someone was knocking at my door... just that the door had gotten a lot closer then where it actually is.

I think we can all agree that the global, multinational enterprise called the trans-Atlantic slave trade, built on a business plan of kidnapping, torture and rape, is the worst thing white people ever did to black people.

See, you say colonize regions of Africa, most historian say conquered regions of Africa. Regions that would later become the seeds of their attempts at colonizing Africa but still regions that were conquered.

I go to kotaku and sometimes I browse to related blogs bar in the upper part of the site. I don’t actually visit this site regularly, and I also don’t always disagree with what’s written here.

...absolve white people of the creation of one of the most despicable systems of oppression and injustice in the history of the human species.

Oh, I do. My problem is with African Americans never bringing it up and giving the impression it was all the fault of white europeans.

And that, that comment you just wrote, that’s a false equivalency. I don’t know what Harriot was trying to do with his absurd comparison but that first paragraph of his is unfortunately spreading misinformation. Just look at Shampyon’s reply to mine and tell me that guy doesn’t need a course in history. He’s literally

No, it has to do with objective fact the the historical truth. Today’s reality is all about rewriting the past to fit our present narratives.

I’m against spreading misinformation.

1. White people didn’t invent slavery. Sorry, but reality isn’t buying any of the shit you’re selling.

I think we can all agree that the global, multinational enterprise called the trans-Atlantic slave trade, built on a business plan of kidnapping, torture and rape, is the worst thing white people ever did to black people.

Hmm, no.

No, he just mentions not wanting to go to HR. He does not specify if that’s because he doesn’t want to report a dress code violation, or because there is no dress code violation and he’s the only one bothered with the way his coworker dresses.

And if you didn’t need to work to get money to, you know, survive I’m sure we’d all agree with you. The world is full of assholes and your comment only proves how ill equipped you are to face it.

You’re assuming at least 9/10 customers are men. I’ve found that when it comes to what women wear, other women are a lot more critical then men tend to be. Hell, it’s my experience it’s other woman that do the “she dresses like a slut” comment 9 times out of 10.

They should, but some people live in places with at-will employment laws. If your dress code costs the company something, anything... well, HR might be called Human Resources, but they’re there for the company, not the humans.

If the industry can’t get us into theaters watching movies then it deserves to die. Then again, both traditional theaters and operas were saved by government grants so I’m sure one this shit stops being profitable enough they’ll start lobbying governments for grants as well.

Heck, even if she is a subordinate, it’s still pretty inappropriate to say anything about her appearance.
