Umm, a better trick was mentioned before. Doesn't use electricity either! [ [lifehacker.com] ]
I'm behind a proxy (HTTP). Does anyone know how to get ftp working behind that?
Just log out or lock your system on windows. Hit Ctrl + L

Shakecall (covered before, [lifehacker.com] ) can help if this doesn't work.
For something cheap and easy, try Drop and Give me Twenty on the Android App market. I really like its simplicity.
A couple of my friends from Asia have left for the US to study for their masters degree. Since they will be buying much more than most in state students, any suggestions what shouldn't be bought now? (Maybe a TV, which should be bought on Cyber Monday?)
I think we need a poll / Hive five to compare these apps. BrowserTexting / MightyText / Desksms do the same thing.
If you're looking for the Windows version of this, Simply Hit Control Panel > Accessibility Settings > Mouse Keys
That was quick! Thanks!
No self hosted options available?
How would this compare with TaskOS? Anyone used both?
And you get to upload music only through Apple Itunes?
You know, MFT isn't really a DSLR. If you do want a DSLR, I don't think anything can replace one, because of the sheer number of lenses available.
What you want is something that will get you an aperture close to f/1.8. That alone should help you get amazing photos with neat bokeh.
Be sure to check what you're buying. Most of the panels on the Ebay link are resistive rather than capacitive (ie. no multitouch)
Depends on the apps you have installed (and running). Vanilla Android should integrate SMS, Email, Contact Record, Call, Talk, Facebook, Whatsapp, GoSms and many other apps.
You can also Swipe the Name left to send an SMS and Right to make a Call (in the contacts App)
Don't forget Ninite is a quick and easy way to Install (and Update) apps. All you need to do is send someone a link.
