It will have a staggered launch for PC probably the same as GTA V. They wan’t people to double dip on the game and milk as much money out of this thing as possible.

This was running on PC hardware with 60fps.. the console version won’t look this good and if it does it’s only gonna be running at 30fps.

Time to start saving up for new PC hardware. Expecting a staggered launch for the PC version.. hopefully it doesn’t take as long as GTA V but knowing Rockstar they are gonna milk this fucking game for every dollar.
