I was thinking “one hour freshman orientation session” but that works too.

I’m sure it’ll be very innovative. Can’t forget innovation on the Bingo card!

Came here for this. Teenage Alice was obsessed with Pinkerton. Adult Alice is creeped out by the whiny manifesto of a rejected dude with a racial fetish.

Seriously - nerdiness and unconventional looks do not always preclude one from getting some. That is not the problem.

I’m in the same boat with Blue and Green (and the occasional Maladroit). I can’t touch Pinkerton anymore, though. At one point it was my favorite. Now I’m an adult and instead of one song being creepy, they all are.

I was obsessed with Weezer in high school and the early part of college. The first time I heard Pinkerton, my just-got-my-license-year-old self couldn’t stop listening to it. My friends and I had a lot of fun with the green album, and Maladroit was pretty alright, too, though not as good. I was in Montreal in college

$200 on T-Mobile.

I cannot WAIT. I had my Nexus 4 until it bricked several months ago and replaced it with a G3. I can’t wait to get rid of it and get back to a Nexus. I even thought about downgrading to a refurb Nexus 5, but now that this is finally coming out I’ll hold on a little longer.

Seriously. I’m so tired. I just want to go outside and not sweat through everything. I’m ready.

This is insane.

I sure hope not. My bridesmaids had to shell out for dresses and one of them had to travel. I wish I’d had more than the what I had to give THEM.

The “like our great-grandparents”-type argument just kills me. People were so much tougher then! So tough that they didn’t live past 50 or 60. So tough that not all of their siblings lived past the first year of life. So tough that some of them got to hang out in iron lungs, once those came around. The good old days,

First on the docket for Shade Court!

I’m not a dad-bodder, but Dr. Pepper is my kryptonite. If people were full of Dr. Pepper and molasses-based BBQ sauce, I’d be a vampire. That being said, I know once I get a can or bottle of Dr. Pepper, especially the cane sugar kind, I’ll have a really hard time cutting myself off. So I made myself a deal that I’d

Woah. He’s turning into Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear.

I am looking for Jack and Sally cake toppers! The hunt begins.

Yes! Go Hawks! I maintain that the best part of football games is the band.

I use a combo of medications and physical rituals. Before boarding, I take my anti-anxiety medication, which can be taken up to 3x/day, so depending on my level of anxiety, I can build up once on the plane if necessary. I also have a beta blocker I can take if I start actually panicking, but I try to use that as

Ugh. Last time I flew out of Denver, I swear the wind coming off the mountains blew the plane completely sideways. Not just normal banking, but one wing down, one wing up. Completely terrified. So much so that next time I go to Denver, I’m tempted to drive. From Texas. :(

My hus has ulcerative colitis, and we’ve tried so many diet things people told us would help. Went gluten free, dairy free, cut back caffeine - all these things that are purported to work. Nothing helped (although dairy does seem to be a big episodic trigger). The only way he can truly manage it is by taking Humira
