Well, it isnt exactly a car, but since others are mentioning parts, then my favorite is Bachman-Turner Overdrive. Sounds exactly like a brand of parts, is inspired by a trucker’s magazine, their logo was a gear, and have a few songs with automotive undertones(example: four wheel drive.)

It may not be my most favorite, but the ZMC-2 fascinates me. It is the only successful metal-skinned airship, made from a type of aluminum called Alclad. Alas, this was a valuable material for WWII, resulting it in being scrapped.
