Weird to see coverage of this months after the comic ended. Was it released to trade or something?

“creates beloved characters with shocking regularity.”

Most school shooters are scheduled to be in class....

I’m just saying that largely the things people take issue with would still be an issue if they were less popular rather than people just scoffing at them in a 2006 Hipster fashion.

What rules were broken though? He was established early in the film that Buzz could glide impressively “falling in style.” Then he got strapped to a rocket.

But what about it isn’t consistent? They had shown in the film that buzz was able to glid impressively. They established that he was strapped to a rocket.

Transformers isn’t hated because its successful. The films ares just bad. They’d be just as bad if they were unpopular.

Buzz doesn’t actually fly. He straps himself to rocket and falls. It is literally the pay off of the running joke that all he does is fall.

Basically anything that is a sequel or an adaptation involving Del Toro is cursed to die. Post-2008 only his original projects have come to fruition.

That’s the thing though, in the end Wright didn’t need Marvel. He’ll move on and give us great films in the years ahead.

It helped at the time that Zombies were quite as big of a thing at the time when Shaun came out.
