Most porn is puritanical in that way. It tends to treat ALL sex as dirty, as a means of degrading people, or more specifically women. Just look at the adjectives in porn titles.

Rape for people in prisons is accepted that rape for people who drink is accepted. Do you not see how the same exact forces are at work? That they are one in the same? Rape culture in prisons is rape culture.

Also the fact that rape culture exists in prisons...is a major indicator of how normalized rape is. People see it as a type of retribution.

Denying someone's personal identity is different from simply disagreeing with them on an issue.

It proves that those with power and influence have the ability to avoid consequences.
