I would have to say, childish co-workers. I'm an IT Site Manager and I'm constantly pestered with comments such as "So and so get X, why don't I?" or "Why can't I have a Mac?" More often than not, my answer is "Because they NEED it." or "Because they have a VP or Chief in their title."
