Honestly, if you own this car, would YOU put gas in yourself? Just have somebody following you and have them pull your car up and pump it for you. I don't know how hard it is to get in and out of one of those, but I can imagine it would be a PITA.

Another reason Georgia is so high is because of their insurance rules and regulations. They are one of the worst besides Michigan IMO. Indiana is one of lowest because of their lax insurance requirements. Anytime I have been pulled over I have never been asked for proof of insurance...ever.
