That is depressing. I’ve been in Tokyo for several years now and I can barely make it with 500k. I’m pretty sure that he can barely pay rent (if he didn’t own a house), pay the bills and still survive every month and for 20 damn years in TOKYO. This lack of progress in Japan is very depressing.
