I managed to hit the same fps as well. But I certainly agree that it’s just how the engine works. I really hope the Special Edition will improve that aspect but I doubt it. I mean how many of us have 300 mods installed? How many of us would push their PC to the absolute limit? I’ve never worked so hard on any game…

I don’t think it will change much. Because it makes a huge impact to have a tattoo or not in Japan. One apartment tower that I applied to in Shinjuku, and before they accepted my application, they asked if I had any tattoos on, and if I was planning to get some later. It even impacts simple things like that.
