in KR Ryuki not every rider had a vehicle except Knight, Alt. Zero, and I can't remember who else because its been a while. I figured that since the video game rider is vehicle themed, they should be the only one to use both a Rider bike and introduce a Rider car.

I wish there had been an actual cop mode in the game. You'd get notified when another player is breaking the law, and you'd have to chase them down. As you level up your cop status, you could eventually get access to faster police cars, armor and weapons.
