... or what if they're actually stupid?

It almost doesn't matter how good the news is; if it comes after "actually," I feel like I was somehow wrong about something.

Except no. Nintendo JUST released the "New 3DS" with the same look, but upgraded performance as the 3DS. Its essentially an upgrade.

For as high def as the Vita is, it hasn't helped it gain marketshare or third party support one bit. Nintendo can do as it wants handheld wise, Sony screwed up it's chances twice there, Nintendo doesn't have anything to fear from them.

Flawless victory.

Flawless victory.

i do my best to look my best every hour of the day by drinking 2 glasses of alcohol every hour of the day.

Now I have to drink until both of us look better? Phew, best get started now!

Hey. Hey......Hey.....I'm much more (hiccup) attractive after like......5 shots of tequillllllllla. Mucher moreso attracti—-(faceplant)

I think real hair is turning anime. I can't wait to see naturally blue hair.

You mean the Sailor Moon Live Action version isnt official enough to pass?

Even if no one watching, I'd still feel embarrassed as if I counted. @_@

Shy? Hah, you underestimate my shyness.

The difference with those game is that is news leaked, images leaked. Valve has been completely silent.

Next year it'll be 9 years since Half Life Episode 2. It ended on a cliffhanger. I don't know why it never continued. Maybe they don't care. It's not their top priority. They ran into problems. They're waiting for the technology to reach the graphical level they want to achieve in HL3 or whether they're waiting for VR

Or you can just make omelets.

Showing entire commercial TV episodes (see: the whole damn product) is NOT "Fair Use" and they will be shut down soon enough. Any chance in articles like this we can avoid farcical "Fair Use" websites? I grow tired of promises of new ways to watch tv or play video games only to realize we are literally linking to

I'm no law talker guy but that sounds dubious at best. I don't really care if it is legit or not but I'm really skeptical that it is.

Wow...no. That's not how fair use works. You don't get to host whatever you want provided you don't make a "profit". Which they do, of course, through donations.

So in other words you're okay with promoting a website that blatantly infringes on copyright? Just saying "fair use" doesn't make it so.

They're definitely not official. Their about pages make clear they don't own any of the content. They claim fair use, but don't really give any justification of how they actually fit that definition.
