No, who didn't? Obama or Gillum?
No, who didn't? Obama or Gillum?
Half of black voters under 30 supported him, but I guess we don't count.
You’re perfect for this discussion then, since you think it’s appropriate to call anyone who finds the idea of insulting the vast majority of white people counterproductive an “Uncle Tom.” How rational and non-hateful of you.
Every black person who disagrees with you isn’t a real black person or hates themselves. Got it. So Daryl Davis, which is he? Secretly white or an Uncle Tom? I'd love to hear.
That assumes that every other person you’ve met with this viewpoint was white, which is already proving to be a very dumb assumption. Here’s why “pandering" to racists is a good political move for me:
Voting decides whether poor black people get access to housing, healthcare, and a social safety net. Voting decides whether it’s legal to shoot me dead and walk away because a white person feels threatened by me. Right now, it is. Voting is extremely important.
Even if every black person in the state voted Democrat, that's only 14 percent. You cannot win an election solely by appealing to such a small base.
The one who wears foundation darker than her... I think she was just trying to look like she just came from the beach. Tanned and with beach waves.
I’m black, but thanks for trying. I know, it’s shocking that a black person would dare to disagree with you and be interested in anything but righteous anger.
I must be the first black person to have white privilege, then. Either that or you sincerely think no ~real~ black person would be capable of making a decision not motivated entirely by spite.
God forbid anyone want to actually help marginalized people instead of getting offended on our behalf and making things worse.
It doesn't fucking matter whether they stop acting on it in public because ballots are private. They'll keep voting the same exact way or worse to spite you.
There's a difference between saying someone has unconscious bias and calling them a racist. Let's be real.
That's cool, but I'd rather see change than feel righteous.
A concession means nothing legally. If he were to win after conceding, it would still be a win. Al Gore conceded, then took it back, and then conceded again.
He already lost against a Trump proxy. Let's not risk it.

A ball? A basketball? So he beat him and that’s okay?
Now you’re on some Stand Your Ground bullshit. No, he can’t “fight back” because he’s a fucking adult and a teacher. He can defend himself. He cannot throw the first punch.
There's a difference between spanking by a parent and beating by an adult that the parents do not know.
