It’s okay to talk about ways in which society and gender roles discriminate against and harm men without immediately following up with “but OF COURSE it’s nothing like what women go through, so just man up!” Really.

A lot of "showing empathy" is getting offended on other people's behalf about things they are not offended by.
Yes, there’s nothing stopping them. It's not a platform like Facebook, it's software like phpBB. You control your own experience, and unless you go onto their instance you will never interact with them. Not everything has to be controlled by some massive overlords.
Maybe it's just me but I feel like it's not social media if it's decentralized. Forums aren't social media. Neither is text messaging.
I don't get how you came to that conclusion at all. Mastodon can't promote anything, because they cannot and do not run anything.
So were forums a bad thing, too?
Biological urges? Ah, yes, the same thing rapists use to justify why they rape, right? Or why it’s okay for grown men to creep on teenage girls? How about this: you are not a mindless animal and neither are poor people. They are humans with the same reasoning capacity as everyone else and the same responsibility to…
And policing disparity.
How are these raincoats when they're so short? Am I missing something?

You can just not date people who indicate they "can't traditionally describe themselves." This makes it even easier.
And Amazon Smiles is not Amazon. Amazon doesn’t work like that by default because he would rather keep the one cent per purchase that goes to charity.
Demisexual? Something even LGBT people agree is not a sexuality? Is the screenshot supposed to be a joke?
You don’t get satire, do you?
You didn’t finish your sentence.
Am I missing something? Why was a dude sitting in total darkness? I’m sure he had a lamp on or something.
There’s a big-ass picture of her on the page. Anyone with eyes can tell she’s part black. Will Smith’s page doesn’t explicitly mention that he’s African American. Is that anti-blackness?
The idea that anyone failed to notice she’s black is laughable. Japanese doesn’t mean not black. Just like American doesn’t mean not black.
If she was born and raised in Japan, she’s Japanese. She can identify as something else too but you don’t need to be wondering “Japanese and...” That’s just rude. Just like how Serena is American without needing to be qualified because of the amount of melanin she has. Japanese shouldn’t need to imply “not black.”
I don't know about anyone else, but I'm not voting for women and people of color because they're not white men. I'm voting for them because many happen to be more progressive.
I didn't see anything about trans people. No men means no men. Trans men are men, in case you weren't aware.
