The whole point of hot takes is to demonstrate how woke you are, so this is really both.

There’s this weird trend lately where people interpret any and all dialogue in fiction as being the opinion of the creator(s) themselves, and I think this is an example of that.

Lol, if all racism had to be systemic, it wouldn't be called systemic racism. It would just be called racism.

I think it's kind of insane that you think one man by himself should be able to reform millions. The whole point is that he shouldn't be the only one doing it.

They "need to" but they won't, so I hope you like not seeing progress.

Other countries have the same access to the same American media and video games and yet they don’t have the same mass shootings. But you will never hear a Republican acknowledge that.

60% of women who use Tinder are looking for relationships, not hookups. It arguably is a serious dating app.

Things I don’t have to deal with as a woman every day, or any day, on Tinder: this. Or anything remotely close to this.

Publicly filming you as being the victim of a prank after you spent the time and money to show up, and then dismissing you for some arbitrary factor that you may already get shit on about daily?

Hmm... as a woman, I’m pretty sure no experience I’ve had has been anything near as bullshit as a fake date social media stunt. This isn’t funny, it’s just a shitty thing to do and nobody should have to be nice to her about it just because she’s a woman.

For someone who probably thinks of herself as a liberal, she sure is bold about her sexism. Imagine if a man did this and sent home every woman over 150 pounds.

They didn't propose to harass her. The article said they suggested someone already did.

No need to be an asshole about it. The "handle" is in two parts on a microwave, so no, it wouldn't occur to someone to engage two separate mechanisms with both hands.

Same here. I just tried it and it changed my life.

There was white privilege. His white privilege is that he only gets "treated like a black person" if he's actually acting aggressively and erratically. His white privilege is that even when acting aggressively and erratically, he still gets to live.

You can be book smart and lack social intelligence.

“A black person who had displayed even a fraction of the offensive behavior Epstein did during his hysterical (not funny, but actually hysterical over missing a flight) would have likely ended up beaten by police or worse—dead.”

I have low expectations for Jezebel but they didn’t manage to meet even those. The headline should not be a question. There should be no ambiguity. Sexual harassment is never okay.

Well, it probably doesn't help that the slogan is "believe all women."
