I’ve had a Brother HL-2040 laser for over 10 years. It’s only used up 2 cartridges and it’s still the best printer I’ve ever used. A simple, 1-function laser printer is a good investment. Anything else will break.

Buy a B&W laser. If you NEED something printed in colour, go to Staples.
