Only incident I've had was driving my Mom's Taurus in stop-and-go traffic — I forgot while looking down at my iPod that taking your foot off the brake in a car with an automatic transmission lets the car move. I tapped the car in front me, but we both agreed that it wasn't a big deal, so nothing came of it.
