I’m afraid it’s going to be 8 days

Perfect subject for ‘shop contest?

Its not diamonds or gold, waddya expect?

Doesn’t it take Japanese not making a compelling product as well? I bet you don’t see a lot of Samsung devices along with those iPhones. Japanese “dislike” of Korea kills the top competition for iPhone.

You forgot one.
MGR:R: Cut shit up. Oh and politicians are bad ok?

Let me try:

I don’t understand how Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland (and crew) do it. Watching Rick and Morty is like watching two guys spin plates, juggle and ride a unicycle balanced on a beach ball while piggback. It’s.........amazing.

Not only that, but its actually got some damned compelling sci-fi concepts going for it as well.

Maybe I’m bias since I don’t watch anything but CN/Adult Swim because I’m too lazy to change the channel, nothing else on tv even remotely interests me and I’ll take crappy cartoons over crappy everything else any day of the week (also because I love Harom and Roiland), but...

Oh they can afford it, they just want us to pay for it twice. Once for production and once for the product. Not need but greed. It’s laughable that they’re using this to extort fans into making something that only *may* be decent. From 12 minutes to 30? They can go with no minutes for all I care.

“toned down the language” is all you got? It controlled better, ran better, and looked better. Far more important than hearing bleeeeeep, which is itself hilarious.

I want to know why we didn’t get Live and Reloaded—at least the graphics. For me, the best of both worlds would have been L&R’s graphics and Conker’s audio.

Yeah, that’s pretty much exactly what I’m saying. Japanese people will always take the home team product unless a foreign product offers something completely above and beyond what any domestic product does. They preferred domestic phones until there were no real domestic competitors to the iPhone, and then they bought

We’re talking about why the iPhone does so well today, not about the pre-smartphone world.

They eat Apple up 1) because it’s a status symbol, and 2) because there’s no real domestic competitor. Sony Ericsson is the only Japanese phone maker that ever really had any market share, and they’re all but extinct at this point.

It’s less that Microsoft doesn’t know what their doing and more that Japanese gamers are incredibly habitual and “home team” loyalistic. If you think Western gamers are bad with their corporate loyalty...
