You're forgetting about always on Kinect 2, it will recognize you as not being the body/voice of the user account that "owns" the game and won't let you play it. You can always watch him/her play or pay "the fee"!

I blame Mac Walters for the entire ending fiasco. If they would have kept Drew Karpyshyn on as head writer for the entire series, I don't think their would have been so many plot holes and the cop out endings we ended up with. Stupid Space Child!
