My grandpa didn't used to be bad until he had a head injury and Fox News was playing 24/7 in his hospital room and in his care room at home. I think it freaked him out on a deeper level than he knows.

Agreed. People are popping up say that Crichton should be here, but if anyone from Farscape should be on this list it should be Scorpius. Mainly for all the reasons you listed, plus I'd have to add the 'Scorpy-Sue' that pops up in John's head after the implant. All the interactions between John that mental version of

Wow. First of all, you're way over-reacting to me posting a joking comment. I am a woman, I have watched Sailor Moon since I was 13, and I meant no disrespect at all by it. It was a silly comment meant to match the ridiculousness of the original poster.

It plays out interestingly, that's for sure. I wish they would have spent a little more time addressing this rather odd form of Sailor Senshi, especially as in the manga they are always women, who just dress like men temporarily while on Earth.

Mildly. It's more the genre of the time, really. Panty-shot anime was more about cute, gently sexualized little tidbits, like mild panty/leotard crotch shots (of which there are many) and a few silly jokes. A lot of series at the time had this, as opposed to, say, Ranma 1/2. Ranma was more of an epic titty anime,

Agreed. I was never a fan of GWB's politics or the job his overall administration did, but he has always seemed like a guy you could enjoy kicking back and having a beer with. Romney seems like some sort of emotionless politi-bot that would power down the second the cameras left, speaking not a word until they

The uterus attack gently enfolds its victim, then proceeds to smother them over the course of years. XD

Assuming this is snark, and if so, why me and not the OP?

+1 for catching it! I've been a gigantic Moonie since it the dub first aired in the U.S.

Seriously! Those talents are all over the place :D

Unfortunately not, but if I do come and visit I will make it a mission to find this guy. It does seem a shame that he's let himself go, he had really good abs on the cross.

That is not a homeless man! That is Jesus. Please be nice to him.

I really love the style and think this is a gorgeous piece of art. I love seeing the Sailor Soldiers re-imagined in all sorts of different ways; as a giant SM fan I have way too much art of just their normal interpretations.

Nah, Sailor Moon is more panty shot than epic titties. Only one of them actually has much of a set to speak of.

They're basing this version more heavily off of the book, though, so it should have some potentially exciting differences. While I do agree that I absolutely love the over-the-top original, once I read the book I was hankering for a movie that followed it more faithfully.

I feel the same way. I'm not a huge King fan but I really liked Carrie and the way the book was done. The original movie, while one of my very favorites of the era for sheer ridiculousness, definitely didn't live up to the potential of the book.

No, there was another remake. You're correct that there was a sequel called Rage: Carrie 2, but there was a made for tv remake that was supposed to spark a tv series.

I don't know about the white supremacist thing but the Duggars are very much Quiverfulls.

Ah, but those are silly old stories of false gods! They're just as wrong as science. In the Bible or it didn't happen!

I used to work at Disneyland. The best part of lunch was seeing the princess characters with their elaborate wigs and petticoats (they never wore full costume to eat in) texting and eating french fries.
