Best bang for my buck for laptops/notebooks is from xoticpc.com. I have bought two laptops from them in the last 3 years. A lot of options for customization, more than the Dell website (if you thought that they offered a lot).

My Enigma skin for Rainmeter, uses about 5MB. Rainmeter isn't very resource intensive as it might appear to be.
