This all screams of “she (Sandra) was the *real* victim here” - which is just wrong.

NO
God, watching the video, you see the furthest one jiggling around. From airflow, I guess?
Is there any clearer indication of what “fashion” is really for than shoving a woman into a ziploc bag?
As an biracial person, 100% of my relationships are interracial.
I felt the rivalry between Arianne and Quentyn exposed cultural tensions in in Dorne, particularly between Dorne’s Rhoynish and Andal cultures/customs. Certain Rhoynish customs seem to be dominating in Dorne like equal primogeniture. Arianne is “heir apparent”, but circumustance make her birthright seem vulnerable.
In the scene where Sansa and Theon are hiding, I was alternating between wanting to see Brienne show up, and Nymeria coming back out of the abyss to fuck up everyone with her crazy huge wolf-pack.
New khal is HELLA PRETTY but the usual “women are mine” nonsense. That said, I want more from the Dothraki and the wives esp. It has been a while since anyone said “it is known” and I missed it!
He’s probably not going to finish it, but the show will, and they have his intended ending to work toward. I expect the direwolves to come into the Final Showdown - they’ll be needed. We’ll see Nymeria again.
Happy to help. I really don’t want to spoil anything in case they go the direction of the books (the Arya book plot is a little ahead of the show plot in some aspects), but if they go in the book direction, there will be some interesting character and plot developments arising out of the blindness (that don’t…
It was such a beautiful moment between the two. Sansa first true act as a lady, the fulfillment of Brienne’s oath to Caitlyn and the next phase in her her journey.
Without spoiling anything, she is blind for a good period of time in the books and during that time she develops important skills.
Sometimes I think the show just fundamentally does not understand the story. That’s too bad, because it’d be awesome. Although this way we’re getting two different stories, maybe that's not so bad.
Well, the Khal was going to rape Dany until she said she was Khal Drogo’s wife. Then “bro code”. Kinda annoys me how on some forums everyone’s like “the new Khal seems like a cool guy”. Um, no...
Game of Thrones: a show with dragons and zombies, but the most shocking twist of all is a beautiful woman aging.
In the books, her blindness is temporary, so that’s why it seems likely that it’s temporary on the show.
Yeah, and Nymeria’s been spending her time building up the biggest baddest wolf pack Westeros has ever seen. I expect they’re going to play a big role, led by Arya. The Stark kids aren’t wargs for no reason! If it doesn't make it into the show, it'll def be in the books (if he ever finishes them).
So...you’re saying Vuvalini go to Mereen and later Westeros to kick butt? Yes please.
I hope you know that we’re more likely to feel uncomfortable by rape scenes—even fictional ones—than by the sight of a naked old woman. Especially since this show is full to bursting with naked young, traditionally hot young women—many of whom are in some kind of sexually submissive role. Sorry* you guys finally had…
The tone of the show felt markedly different to me because it was filled with so many scenes of women finally not getting raped and in some instances actually successfully fighting off the patriarchy.
