Asshole calls other asshole, asshole.

Miyazaki does The Witcher

A one month delay feels more like “we need to get the hell out of the glut” than “this needs more polish”

And there is nothing subtle about the wordplay. Also, her father figure’s name is Rost.

This isn’t to discount the concerns of these folks, but this is what happens when you co-opt a corporately owned piece of IP as a stand in or representation of the political identity or yourself or movement. When the ugly truths, that that piece of media was only ever meant to sell you something or somethings, and

How the hell is an increase of 56% almost doubling? This is the kind of slack Nintendo gets.

this is downright sensical

Maybe it’s just me, but your reason why for Lone Survivor doesn’t make much sense. I get the “place and time in your life” argument, but that paragraph reads like you’re saying it didn’t make it for 2 reasons. First, because you couldn’t find other games that hit that spot for you, or that no one else did what it did

Almost all of that material looks really rough. I would be shocked if anything but a small handful were actually substantive.

If you know you’re going to replace it, you may as well just run it into the ground. Keep your saves backed up (if you can) and have at it.

The whole “you can’t do it like that” or “I’m doing it the only right way” mentality Cosby seemed to have back then, is pretty bullshit. Eff that noise.

As a game DKC was alright at best. It’s presentation, on the other hand, was fantastic. Even though the character designs were sort of dictated by the exceedingly nascent tech, the art design was strong. The very best part, though, is the oh-so-sumptuous music. I forgot how good it was until last year when I caught a

The unfortunate fact that Heavenly Sword is too old to be here, I am going to throw my hat in the ring for The Order: 1886. I’m not going to say anything crazy like it’s a super great game, or any nonsense like that, but it was absolutely a victim of being judged for what it wasn’t rather than what it was.

This is pathetic.

This is a pretty good list. I’m not quite sure why Watchdogs 2 is on there, though. That game seemed to be pretty widely liked. Nothing revolutionary, but way better and more fun than expected.

Endgame was, but I think the anticipation worked against it because it was a huge letdown. It pretty much couldn’t not be. Also, definitely not cinema, because none of the death scenes were surprising, and the only emotionally effective content was Thor’s arc. The Tony Stark plot was so emotionally manipulative, that *

I 100% agree with this. personally, I felt like Turtles In Time was a huge downgrade.

I think the most surprising thing a new player would find about this Pokémon on particular, is that it is essentially a sub B-tier JRPG. For a series as popular as Pokémon, this game feels incredibly cheaply made, and I think people trying it out for the first time would be expecting more of a triple A experience.

Again... why? An article isn’t a reason why.
