When I saw her in concert (this was before her Born This Way album came out but she sang a couple of songs from it), she sat down at the piano and sang “You and I” as a ballad and the entire arena fell completely silent. We were all mesmerized. She KILLED it.

Gaga’s pop performances don’t display her singing talents like her duets (and Macy’s Christmas commercial) with Tony Bennett. She’s a much better singer than anyone realizes. She should do opera next. Or even a duet with Dolly Parton.
