I second this. I found the C25k plan really easy to get in to and keep up, and when I hit the fifth week and ran for 20 minutes without stopping (for the first time in my life) it felt awesome.

If you're truly starting from no where, go get the Couch to 5K app for your phone. It is a specific regime of running that starts out very slow and gradually moves you up. Once you get to a point where you can go a couple miles, then you can jsut run how you want or find other programs that go even longer.
