I had the article AUTHOR tell me to go read the linked articles when I had a question about what they wrote. Which, like... WHY DID YOU EVEN WRITE YOUR OWN ARTICLE?

I would care if something I wrote was on the ‘net - wrong. Shit, I correct old comments on reddit even if the post is removed. I try not to be too upset if a typo “times out” here.

They are lovely cars to drive as long as you aren’t in a hurry. The down side is it will be showing its age every few months using parts that are harder and harder to get. But that isn’t a terrible price as long as you understand that.

Even if the motor is a gem, the rest of the car is going to slowly and steadily fall apart around you. This was the era of so-much-plastic-everywhere in VW/Audis. There’s a reason you never see VAG product of this time on the road anymore.

Yet, the Taycan has two real gears.

This is a mermaid calling you to your doom.....run away!

Well, Chick-Fil-A also uses actual chicken chunks, so there’s that too, lol.

I used to be in the Wendy’s camp. But I had a few batches of hot and fresh McNuggets and I was converted. But a hot and fresh spicy Wendy’s nugget is pretty great. I just don’t get them hot end fresh very often. Plus they closed the two

Who’s Castro? The article quotes someone named “Castro” but never gives a first name, or mentions them more than that one time.

My experience is limited solely to video games. So, I guess take it with a grain of salt.

Reminds me of Ned Flanders’ parents:  We’ve tried nothing and we’re all out of ideas!

In my bike shop days, at least once a month one of the mechanics wouldn’t seat the tire bead, and blow a tube at anywhere from 30-100psi.  The shop was in the very back of a decently sized store, and the pressure change would still manage to pop the front door open, along with a bang that made every customer jump.

Porsche is right but also incredibly hypocritical at the same time.

They’ve gone apeshit lately with all the backlinks. It’s maddening.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Porsche offers it in the future.

This story certainly reinforces automotive stereotypes, doesn’t it?

I’ve never seen a story with so much “yeah that makes sense” to it.  Altima?  Check.  Cybertruck failing a basic function?  Check.

So is there video of the actual break-in? I’m not clicking on the two dozen links the the article that likely do not point to anything other than other Jalop stories to try to find it.

Of course it was an Altima driver, and of course the Cybertruck failed to meet a claim. I'm more surprised when a Cybertruck performs as advertised than when one fails.

I know you love Dodge and everything they do. But the Charger EV is the most bar-of-soap looking turd of all the EVs out there. There is ZERO imagination in that design - R-Wing notwithstanding.

The new Charger looks like they took the old charger and left it in a toaster oven for too long and it got all soft and melty.
