Someone would likely be down to swap hoods, if that were the only hangup. The factory scooped hoods were a hot commodity on older 4Runners and I’m sure there are still people out there doing it with current offerings. You’d likely end up with a bit of extra cash on top, too.

These have a transfer case that can be placed in neutral (as well as a manual transmission that can be placed in neutral). Small, light, capable and with accommodating mechanicals. They make great tow cars.
