Nope. .hack is miles better in every way. Shame they don't seem interested in making an actual .hack MMO. Combine aspects of R1 and R2 and I don't think I'd ever play another game.

Because you'd be getting A LOT of alerts on game day. I did Fantasy Football last year, and I'm doing it again this year, and pretty much every minute or two one of my players were on the field, they did something. Not always something great, but something involving gaining or losing me points.
How long until someone uses this as a defense for being an asshole?
"Who the hell wants restrictions?" Everyone that uses Steam. Every. Single. One. Of. Them.
At what cost though? I can get a 1TB external HDD on Amazon for 60 dollars. With Sony selling the alternate HDD's, they control the price. And there's no way they'd sell a HDD that has more space than the default HDD for less than what the default one is worth. With the Xbox One, for 60 extra dollars, I get 1TB of…
Pot, meet Kettle.
Why do you care so much what other people do with their money? Does it hurt you in some way? Are you so wound-up that the actions of complete strangers sends you into a panic? Seriously though, it's their money, if they want to buy skins they could get for free elsewhere, let them. You aren't in charge, it's not…
And I can't believe people still assume everyone else plays games on PC. Not everyone does, not everyone wants to, get over it.
Except Kelly Turnbull actually is a professional artist. She does MGDMT for fun.
I just want a new Mega Man X game. Please. I'm willing to give you my money, so please, make Mega Man X9.
It doesn't help when Sony promotes an article, which is just a glorified ad for their summer PSN releases, and closes it off to comments. Haven't seen Microsoft or Nintendo do that here. Patricia posted an article that flat out called the Xbox One an "Xbone" and acted surprised when people called her out on it or…
If it was Jar Jar, does that really count as winning it?
And Sony HASN'T taken an idea from a different company? Playstation Plus doesn't exist, does it? Charging for multiplayer was their own idea, right? You really have to give them credit for creating Trophies, such a game-changing idea...oh wait. Face it, Sony does nothing but play catch-up to Nintendo and Microsoft…
I'm aware the Dreamcast had online, but where did they go with it? Where are they now? NOWHERE. All Sega does now is make games, and some would argue those games are pretty crappy. On the other hand, Microsoft is still kicking, and XBL is a HUGE reason for that.
You're right, saying no one would give it a chance was incorrect, but the media, specifically Kotaku, was unfairly critical and quick to nay-say. I've had mine pre-ordered since shortly after E3. I was even going to pre-order a PS4 after my next pay-check but the jabs Sony made, and then this whole "They made us do…
The thing is, no one was willing to give Microsoft a chance to show what their original vision for the Xbox One was going to end up being. It's entirely possible that, had Microsoft stuck to the original plans, the Xbox One would essentially be a "Steam Box". We'll never get to see though because 1) People LOVE…
Me and my friends were looking forward to this hoping it would be free-to-play. We were even willing to pay 10 dollars a month if there was a fee, but not 15. It will either go free-to-play and that's when we'll get it or we'll cave in and pay. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of other people felt the same way.
Sony being petty and making jabs is why I won't support them this generation. I have a 360 and a PS3 (and PS2 and PSX) and planned on getting both an Xbox One and a PS4, but since Sony seems content at playing it safe and acting immature, I won't support them this time.
It's also pathetic how Kotaku, or at least Patricia, considers this newsworthy. I mean, seriously, how is this worthy of it's own article? It's just Sony being a petty company and taking jabs to appease Internet fanboys and trolls. Sony knows they have nothing terribly exciting to work with in the PS4, since it's…
Sony just made sure they won't get my money. Yeah, Microsoft has been pretty rocky with their policies and all that, but they haven't stooped so low to gain favor by attacking their competitor. Stay classy, Sony.
