I agree about Titanic. I thought Leo and Kate had no chemistry and the dialogue was just silly. Special Effects were pretty cool for the time though.

I wouldn’t agree that the controversy was ridiculous, but there was something about how he responded to it that made me feel as though he accepted and learned his encounter.
