As blackoak says, the FCC has no control over the content of cable TV (basic or paid). What's lesser known as well is that technically there is a 'safe harbor' period from 10PM to 6AM where indecency (nudity/swearing) can slide on OTA television.

Boy Scouts 'N The Hood is one of my all time favorites. Has what might be my second favorite line in it (after Hank Scorpio's like about killing people):

People get on me about that, but I honestly think that You Only Move Twice is the best episode in the entire series. Albert Brooks could not have played that role any better if he'd tried. Between the writing, the acting and the insane plot, it's just wonderful.

I really think S8 was hit and miss. But it did have some wonderful episodes in it, and generated some of my favorite lines of all times, including (but not limited to):
