No, I am not for real.

I see your point, but I'd like to raise one sentence "Fair use law is intentionally vague and can't be determined without taking it to court". Perhaps this is the problem? The matter is so unbelievably grey that people are confused.

"Are you a robot?"

No, I know that. :)

Sure.

Well I wasn't talking about porn.

Automatic/Robocalls - unless you opt-in, like for school closing updates, notifications from the city, etc., - are illegal under US law (for whatever reason we exclude politicians from this).

I think the problem is that no matter what happens, the result ends up being similar. Once a service gets to a certain size, no business wants to deal with the ordeal of 10,000 copyright holders a day yelling at them to take their IP down.

I thought LiveLeak only hosted snuff...

If this is the case then this person is involved in child sexual abuse and the person writing the letter should not be contacting a blog, but the police. To do otherwise would be unconscionable.

I'm lost on where the legality in all of this fits in.

So you'd rather see hundreds of thousands of people get killed in a war between China and the rest of Asia than us float over there and wave our dick around saying 'Nope.'?

That really is my favorite line, from any TV series, ever.

Murders with a FIREARM.

I love it.

I blame the earthquake.

I think that policy is to stop people from scamming dummies from buying a container, thinking it had something inside of it.

You can work for it.

I must of missed that. Long thread. :)

FWIW, DeeVeeOus, there is no 'set duration'.
