My sound card software has a bundled EQ, it's not a very thorough one, but it works. i then calibrate it with a bit of maths and a frequency rage test.

I use hearing frequency tests and a bit of math to calibrate my sound card to make up for the ranges where my hearing is deficient. After that I can just play with other settings, effect and also my music player's EQ to adjust the sound to my taste.

I'd really like to see a game where you play the villain. Not just a rebel, nor an anti hero, but a real honest to god evil despotic bad guy.
