I haven’t been to Gratten in a few years... Is the pavement still as bad as it used to be?

That’s not at all how its supposed to work. You are only allowed to deduct the excess of the amount you paid versus what the item is worth. So 1 of 2 things happens here... The write-off is equal to 46,200 (price paid) - 37,995 (sticker price) OR the car is worth what they are listing it for, in which case they do not…

IMS issues don’t effect turbos, gt2s or gt3s
It looks like Peugeot tried to sell this car in 2014 at another RM Auction, but it did not sell at 1.4 million euros (which is right in the sweet spot of the current estimate).
So is Peugeot flat broke? I couldn’t see any other manufacturer selling a car like this at auction, but maybe I am missing something?
That’s a bad sign - not a sign that the company is in poor health, but that it doesn’t have finance and legal folks to tell them not to do that.
Companies use non-GAAP numbers all the time - its fine as long as they provide a reconciliation to GAAP financial measures and explain why they are using the non-GAAP numbers. Are they not doing that?
Wheeler dealer!
Still... 2 weeks for a team of 8 engineers is pretty impressive
Sure on a track, on a public road you wouldn’t have enough running room to wipe the floor with anything but a 914... But have you actually ever driven an 80's 911? It is a much more fulfilling experience.
Thanks! I’ll keep this in my back pocket in case I ever grenade my 3.8 991.
link please...
DeLorean. Cheap. Quirky/Unique. I’d love to read about the pains of a stainless steel body or gullwing doors every week. Not to mention all the terrible back to the future references and questions you’ll get.
I’d find someone to take the case just to make her life miserable. Get a judgment against her. If she ever works again, garnish her wages. Force her into bankruptcy. Its not as if you can’t find someway to inflict pain on her.
Actually there is no breakage here or at least not in a significant amount because you know the identity and location of the recipient of the card. To capture breakage you need anonymous cards issued out of a state like Arizona which has favorable escheatment laws.
Unlikely.
US deliveries but can not be titled or driven on public roads - a la GT3 Cup Cars and Ferrari Challenge Cars
Cmon, the coupe is a grey market car.
The audi TT I had from 2004-2009 was full of electric system bugs.
