Nooope. I’m sorry, but modifying of the emissions systems rules are California grade BS. If it can pass a sniffer test on a dyno, why do you care what they did to it?

I think my ex had one of those BMW shifters in her nightstand for some reason...

My car does not have cruise control, I don't miss it. I never used is when I had it.

I honestly almost wish cruise control wasn’t invented, it’s a distraction from the road for some people. Then again, that’s just my unpopular opinion.

Comparing apples to oranges. One has a sideways engine hanging over the front wheels. The other has 50/50 weight distribution going straight to the rear axle (might even be an IRS - not paying close enough attention to what the base wagon was).

$10k is right at the fine line., but I’m hoping that was for room to negotiate. For $8k, this wouldn’t be a tough decision. This is almost exactly the Volvo sleeper I want (I love 240's more), it’s clean inside and out, and I wouldn’t have to wait or put extra money into it to enjoy it. I really want this car...

EVERY Volvo of that era has or has had a broken odometer. I think most people just don’t care enough to fix them.

Nice Price at 10K but it could end up being my favorite mistake.

Hold up. V8, stick shift, Volvo wagon, AND 3rd row seats? Know any good kidney selling places, I only need one.

Easily $3k in labor here. And the AC works, which always seems to be missing in swaps so I will give him an extra $1k in credit for that. And if this is an actual Ford Performance sourced engine as claimed it was quite a bit more than one from Summit.

It needs a puffer.

$10k is too much for a project like this. I know. But it’s a stickshift V8 Volvo wagon, so my heart is overriding my mind on this one.

Your right. Dom wouldn’t of cared.

Jennifer?

What color ribbon do I wear for this kind of cancer?

Congratulations, Mr. PotbellyJoe and Mr. MrBloodMuffins, on shared COTD! I have a Ferrari for you guys which this lovely lady will deliver as soon as she pulls up her shorts and puts on a hat.

I’m not saying what they do is wrong, I’m saying in Dutch-country it’s not common, so it’s something I learned about out here.

I read your piece on Clarkson’s misguided rant about transgender kids and I thought, “Bravo, you get it, well done for speaking out!” And then I read this article and read the part about “a daydream of a milkshake” and thought I wished I could have written that, and then I watched the video, and then it hit me: YOU

Or sorry the fuschia colour is discontinued so for your warranty we will give you one limone tire
